At Picklry, we take pride in delivering high-quality pickleball kits. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We only accept return or refund requests under the following conditions:

  • ✅ The product arrives damaged or broken

  • ✅ The product does not arrive at all

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong item ordered

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor color or design variations

Damaged or Broken Items

If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us at hello@picklry.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Item Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@picklry.com. After verification, we will issue a replacement or full refund.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
